If customer service is rated on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the best, this company is a 25. On multiple occasions they've gone out of there way to help resolve my issue. There clothing is guaranteed for life regardless of circumstances. I can't express adequately how pleased I am with this company. I'll definitely be a life long customer with this continued service!
I placed an order for a Reaper Hoodie 2.0 2xl on 11/23/2020 @ 9am, it stated they had this item in stock and I would receive an email as to when the item would be shipped. I've tried calling customer service to ask for a refund since I wont be getting the item for Christmas. Each time I've called (7 times to be exact) each time has NEVER been less than a 30 min hold. I finally give up and hang up. The customer service is an absolute joke. This company is a joke! I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. My hubby bought me 2 "flowy" tanks.. I'm a plus size girl size 18, don't get me wrong I know this... Of course these don't fit. The 2x fits my daughter who is a size 10 ???????? with absolutely no "flow". ????????♀️
Horrible customer service! Do your research into this shady company. Not veteran owned. Do not care about issues with your order. Zero accountability for their own issues. Blames customers to solve problems. Find a shirt you like and go custom print it for the same price yourself, minus their crap logo.

WORST CUSTOMER RELATIONS!
Works customer relations for foreign customers. 3 years ago we had the same problem that they didn't put the invoice inside of the package, and now, with the fresh order again the same problem.
I have emphasized in 5 emails and in the order to put the invoice inside of the box. Are Your employees stupid, can they not do one thing correct?

Item took three full weeks to be shipped, did not arrive in time for Christmas even though I ordered very early. But my biggest complaint is that they are RELENTLESSLY using every piece of my info to harrass me with marketing. Email, phone number, address- Everything. Extremely obnoxious and invasive.
If I could give less than one star I would. My boyfriend introduced me to this company and showed me the beer guarantee and I thought that was a great policy. So when he decided to sign up for the monthly subscription, I decided to too. Well it is now 1/8/21 and I have not received a shirt since 10/27/20. But they keep taking out their money every month. I have reached out to customer service multiple times about my orders and received generic responses. Now I have emailed customer service about cancelling my membership. Their response is that there is a $25 fee for early termination before 7 months. I have gone back and forth with them probably about 10 times explaining my situation, explaining that they have had inadequate service resulting in me wanting to cancel my membership. But they refuse to waive the $25 cancellation fee. Why should I have to pay extra money to cancel a subscription on shirts I haven't even received. Then when I hadn't even finalized cancelling my membership because I was still disputing the fee, they cancelled anyway and charged my account without my permission. Since my experience I have started to read reviews on BBB and realized many others have had my same problem. I do not recommend to anyone the monthly subscription or this company at all.
On December 21st I placed an order for a shirt with this company. Immediately funds were deducted from my PayPal account. But I never received an order confirmation. Therefore by that evening I emailed their customer service in hopes that the next day I would have some sort of response with regards to having not received a order confirmation. By the next day at noon I still had no communication from the company. Therefore I chose to call them. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and was disconnected I attempted to try to call again and had the same issue. I then went on to social media to message them with their Instagram account and Facebook account. This would be December 22. I once again could get no response from anyone. By the next day on December 23 I had a comment on Facebook that was just very bleak and rude where they gave me an alternate email for their customer service. As well as the individual who messaged me back on Facebook stated that neither of my email addresses were found connected to any order. Which is not correct because I paid with my PayPal and I gave them the email that is connected with my PayPal. Therefore I proceeded to email the alternate email that was given to me. The individual who emailed back a few days later claimed that they found my order that the email address was just spelt wrong. Which is again not correct because I purchased with my PayPal and everything in my account is correct as I double checked it. This individual claimed that the item was indeed in stock, and they upgraded it to second day air and I would receive shipment confirmation shortly. By January 2nd, I still have no item whatsoever but they have charged my account. So I responded back once again to the social media email that I was told to email initially to, I question them with regards to the order and the status of the shipping. I was then told that the item was no longer available and that I had the option to choose a different item or have a store credit. I at this point have been told three different things. I expect them to ship the item to me that I was told was in stock. Or they are to credit me back my funds. I am not going to do an in-store credit or a choice of a different item. This is not my fault this is this company‘s fault. They are preying on Americans acting as though they are a military company and that they support patriotic Americans. Instead what they're doing is taking advantage of hard-working Americans and their money right now with all of the controversy and things that are going on in the media. If they cared about the American people and they cared about the military and front line individuals this wouldn't be going on with purchases. I am seeing all sorts of issues online that a ton of people are dealing with this stuff. I don't even think it's a true company in the United States I think it's some thing in another country and they're preying on Americans.
Please do yourself a favor, use another company such as Nine Line. This company is a disgrace to any military operation it is standing behind. They will take your money, without pause, but they will not deliver on what acceptable customer service is. You may or may not receive what you ordered and you will have to beg barter and steal to receive your rightful refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give them a 0 rating, I would. I purchased a hoodie from them for my son's Christmas weeks ago, they said the item was in stock, completed purchase and sent emails making me believe the item would be on it's way soon. Now it's Dec. 20th and I get an email saying, "Your order has been cancelled, we're refunding your money." Literally 5 days before Christmas with no time left to order something similar from another more reputable company or no "we're sorry, we'll send you the item as soon as it's back in stock" or anything, just cancelled. Terrible business practice and is unacceptable in my opinion. Order from them at your own risk!
Once again after being burned 2 years ago I placed an order Thanksgiving weekend. All products were in stock. Still nothing have called several times, got thru twice after waiting on hold for over an hour. Was promised my order would ship with upgraded shipping, 4 days later still nothing.
Great products but a horrible company to do business with, never again. Stay away.
